New Zealand’s Premier Regional Business Awards invites you to attend an evening of celebrations delivered by the charismatic and engaging Cohen Holloway as MC and catering by Ruth Pretty.

For 25 years now, the annual Electra Business Awards winners and the laureates of the Kapiti Horowhenua Business Hall of Fame have been announced at the Electra Business Awards Gala Dinner.

So gather your team together, leave the working week behind and join us in celebrating our region's successful businesses and their outstanding owners, managers and teams.

Upon arrival guests receive a pre-dinner welcome drink, before enjoying a three-course meal (buffet main). A selection of wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Each guest will receive a memento from the evening compliments of Electra.

Doors open at 6.00pm, we will be seated by 6.40pm. The Awards part of the ceremony will finish at approximately 10.30pm but celebrations can continue until 11.30pm.

Dress Code: Formal (black tie is optional). Dress for the occasion!

Seating: Pre-arranged refectory-style seating. You can specify in your booking if you wish to be seated next to another business/guest.

A cash bar with EFTPOS will be operating.


Tickets: Are transferable but no refunds available. You will be emailed by Monday 14 October with your table number. Please bring either a printed ticket or have it on your phone.

I have some dietary requirements how do I let the organisers know?

When booking your ticket(s) you can specify your dietary requirements.


Will I be able to buy drinks at the event?

Yes the event will have a selection of alcoholic drinks (beer & wine) and non alcoholic drinks for purchase. No BYO is permitted.

Is it possible to post out my ticket?

Absolutely, but the request must be made prior to 7 October to ensure you receive it on time.

Are there any additional costs per booking?

There are no additional costs to you for booking. The organiser will absorb all booking fees.

How do I pay if I do not have a credit card?

Contact the organizer on awards@bkh.org.nz or 022 317 7118 to discuss another method of payment.

What happens if I have purchased tickets but cannot attend the evening?

You can transfer your ticket to another person. Just inform the organiser on awards@bkh.org.nz or 022 317 7118.
