Join international wellbeing educator Susan Renata to unplug in a safe space where you'll learn everything you need to recharge your batteries and be supported to develop a personal plan to reach your energy goals.

Here's what we have planned:

To get out of our heads and into our bodies you'll start with a gentle yoga practise. It's the perfect set-up before you move into an immersive workshop designed to help you craft a personal wellbeing plan to meet your energy goals.

You'll learn:
> How to to wake up feeling refreshed (yes, it's possible!)

> How to discover and 'lean in' to your reason for being? Who you are are and why are you here?

> How to unleash your super powers to energise you and the people you care about

> How to be your own cheerleader (and push your inner critic to the side lines)

> How to manage your diary to create more space for what you love while vanquishing those energy vampires

So that we can tailor the experience to you, there is 25 minutes of pre-work:

> Our unique Personal Energy ExIQ assessment. In just 15 minutes we'll determine what is energising you, what is depleting you and help you set new energy goals. You'll also receive a 20-page report with your results and recommendations.  

> Character Strengths assessment. In positive psychology, your character strengths are seen as your super powers linked to wellbeing and quality of life. You'll also receive your own set of Character Strengths cards to keep as part of the experience.

You'll be nourished with delicious organic lunch and selection of herbal teas.
