Welcome to the Tassie Scallop Fiesta for 2020
This year the Fiesta is taking a different approach to bring you some Fun and Frivolity in Winter in Bridport, North East Tasmania.
Due to Public Health restrictions on public events we're planning a Mini Tassie Scallop Fiesta, still supported by a number of lead up events. All events will be ticketed and restricted numbers will apply. There will NOT be any door sales for any events, the Fiesta or Fringe events.
Starting with the Launch of the Fiesta on Wednesday 19th August at the new Bridport Football Club community venue.
Saturday 22nd August the popular Mariners Muse storytelling session at the Bridport Golf Club on Saturday evening.
Sunday 23rd August is Fiesta Day. Where you may like to join the Wine Masterclasses, watch the Celebrity Chefs perform, listen to some jiving good time music, taste scallops prepared in a variety of ways, scallop splitting races and of course we have ordered in your favourite drinks.
We hope you will be excited as we are to get out and about to solialise with your friends and have a jolly good time in Bridport in winter.
Please note you need a general entry ticket
PLUS if you would like to attend a Wine Masterclass you need a ticket for the session you choose.
PLUS if you would like to taste what a Celebrity Chef cooks you need a ticket for your session of choice.
Due to the nature of the conditions we are operating under children activities have had to be curtailed this year.
