A Mad Millie Cheese Kit is included in the demonstration cost, to set you up with all the equipment and ingredients to make your own Ricotta, Mozzarella, Mascapone, Burrata, Bocconicini and Ricotta Salata.
Finish the class with a tasting of the cheeses created.
