Boards across sectors, corporates, charities, start-ups and state sector boards alike are in need of diverse thinkers and a succession pipeline. Our programme aims to create a community of young leaders in boardrooms across NZ.

If you are in the first few years of being a board director or are aspiring to gain experience on a board and want to know more, our Governance Training programme is for you. At this 2-day training workshop, you will learn how to find your unique voice and what the right board position might be for you. You will walk away having a practiced elevator pitch for your governance career and having been connected to a global community of young leaders and changemakers who will support your journey.
