REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be offered from Wednesday June 6. Ticket holders may however on-sell or gift their ticket to another person to attend in their place. Electronic or paper versions of such tickets will still need to be scanned upon entry to the event.

Smokey Baked Bean Plate: butter beans, roasted tomatoes, capsicum and red onion served on OMG buckwheat bread with a side of greens. (gluten-free)
Bircher Muesli Bowl: wheat free oats, chia, goji, apple, almond, lemon, cinnamon. Topped with plant-based yoghurt, seasonal fruit and berry chia jelly.

⚕️ ABOUT 'DINE WITH A DOC' ⚕️

The Doctors For Nutrition health promotion charity is excited to be launching our in-real-life social networking initiative 'Dine with a Doc'. During our inaugural Australasian Nutrition in Healthcare Conference held in February 2019, attendees expressed how refreshing it was to be surrounded by like-minded people interested in the role of food in maintaining and regaining health. Delegates let us know that once a year was not enough to satiate their appetite for solidarity! The feedback was that it would be great if there could be an informal way to come together on a more regular basis.

'Dine with a Doc' has been created by Doctors For Nutrition as a forum to share information, connect with your peers and enjoy great food and drinks in fabulous restaurant and cafe settings across Australia and New Zealand. Led by our Advisory Council team of Ambassadocs, dietitians and adjunct health practitioners, each 'Dine with a Doc' event will showcase short talks or panel discussions on the latest in evidence-based nutrition science.

Whether a breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner time slot, you'll enjoy a delicious, nutritious whole food plant-based meal and the opportunity to socialise and build your networks. Together, we can learn the whys and ways to help elevate the important role of nutrition in healthcare institutions and society.

These gatherings are primarily created for those working or studying in the healthcare sector. However, interested members of the general public are also welcome to attend.
